1. Introduction

These Website Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.jkrepairhybridbatteries.co.uk and any products or services supplied by JK Repair Hybrid Batteries.

By using this website, requesting a quotation, booking a service, or purchasing any product or service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. About Us

JK Repair Hybrid Batteries is a UK-based specialist in:

3. Quotations

All quotations are:

• Subject to vehicle inspection.
• Subject to parts availability.
• Valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
• Estimates only until accepted by JK Repair Hybrid Batteries.

Additional faults discovered during diagnosis may result in revised quotations.

4. Bookings

Appointments are confirmed only after acceptance by JK Repair Hybrid Batteries.

We reserve the right to reschedule, postpone or cancel appointments where reasonably necessary, including due to parts availability, safety concerns, staff availability, weather conditions or events beyond our reasonable control.

5. Deposits

Where a deposit is required:

• A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• Deposits may be non-refundable where parts have been specially ordered or an appointment has been reserved specifically for the customer, subject to applicable UK consumer law.
• Any refund request will be considered in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

6. Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Payment is due immediately upon completion of the work.
• Ownership of any goods supplied remains with JK Repair Hybrid Batteries until payment has been received in full.
• We reserve the right to recover reasonable costs incurred in collecting overdue payments where permitted by law.

7. Mobile Installation Service

Our mobile fitting service is provided on a reasonable-endeavours basis.

Arrival times are estimates only and may be affected by traffic, weather, road closures, emergencies or previous appointments.

We shall not be liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Customers must provide safe and suitable access to the vehicle.

8. Workshop Repairs

Customers confirm that:

• They own the vehicle or have authority to authorise the work.
• The vehicle can be safely worked on.
• Any required keys, security codes or access information will be provided.

Any additional faults discovered during inspection will be reported and quoted separately before further work is carried out where reasonably practicable.

9. Hybrid Battery Supply

Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, replacement hybrid batteries supplied by JK Repair Hybrid Batteries may be professionally refurbished or remanufactured OEM battery assemblies that have been tested to our internal standards.

Battery performance may be affected by other vehicle systems that are outside our control.

10. Exchange Battery Policy

All hybrid batteries supplied by JK Repair Hybrid Batteries are provided strictly on an exchange basis.

The customer’s original battery (“core”) becomes the property of JK Repair Hybrid Batteries immediately upon removal.

Returned batteries are inspected, dismantled, remanufactured, recycled or reused within our refurbishment programme. Accordingly, the original battery will not be returned to the customer unless JK Repair Hybrid Batteries has agreed otherwise in writing before the work is undertaken.

If a warranty claim is approved, JK Repair Hybrid Batteries may provide another professionally tested battery of equivalent specification and quality. Customers are not entitled to receive the original battery removed from their vehicle.

Where an exchange battery is required but not provided, JK Repair Hybrid Batteries may decline the work or charge an additional core fee.

11. Warranty

All warranties are subject exclusively to our separate Warranty Terms & Conditions.

Customers must allow JK Repair Hybrid Batteries a reasonable opportunity to inspect and assess any alleged fault before repairs are undertaken by a third party. Failure to do so may affect warranty eligibility.

12. Returns & Refunds

Returns, repairs, replacements and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

No return, repair, replacement or refund will be authorised without inspection and approval by JK Repair Hybrid Batteries, except where required by applicable UK law.

13. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Provide accurate vehicle information.
• Inform us of previous repairs or modifications.
• Ensure safe access to the vehicle.
• Cooperate with reasonable diagnostic procedures.
• Remove personal belongings from the vehicle before work commences.

14. Vehicle Condition

JK Repair Hybrid Batteries accepts responsibility only for the work specifically carried out.

We are not responsible for unrelated pre-existing mechanical, electrical, software or other faults identified before, during or after our work.

15. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

Subject to the above, JK Repair Hybrid Batteries shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, including (without limitation):

• Loss of profits
• Loss of earnings
• Business interruption
• Vehicle hire costs
• Recovery charges
• Travel expenses
• Accommodation expenses
•  Loss of vehicle use
• Consequential or incidental losses

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the relevant product or service.

Whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure the accuracy of information published on this website, specifications, descriptions, photographs, prices and availability may change without notice.
