JK Return And Refund Policy

At JK Repair Hybrid Batteries, we are committed to providing high-quality hybrid battery repair and replacement services. Our goal is to ensure every customer receives reliable performance and complete peace of mind.
Because our products and services involve electrical components, diagnostics, and installation, our return and refund rules are slightly different from general eCommerce stores.
Please read this policy carefully.
1. Eligibility for Return/Replacement
You may request a return or replacement only in the following situations:
1.1 Battery is Faulty on Arrival
If the battery shows any defect within 24–48 hours of installation, we will:
- Inspect the battery, and provide a free replacement if the fault is confirmed.
1.2 Wrong Product Delivered
If an incorrect hybrid battery model was provided by mistake, we will:
- Replace it with the correct model at no extra cost.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of hybrid batteries and installation services, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Successfully installed hybrid batteries that are functioning properly
- Batteries that have been opened, tampered with, or modified
- Issues caused by improper use, external damage, or driving accidents
- Diagnostics service fees (as they are labour-based)
Once a hybrid battery is installed and tested, it becomes non-returnable, but it remains covered under warranty.
3. Warranty Instead of Return
Hybrid batteries purchased from JK Repair Hybrid batteries include a 06 month, 1-year or 2-year warranty depending on your chosen package.
Under warranty, we provide:
- Free inspection
- Free repair
- Free replacement (if required)
This ensures you are always protected, even when returns are not applicable.
4. Refund Policy
Refunds are offered in limited situations only:
✔ Refunds are possible if:
- The order was cancelled before installation or dispatch
- We are unable to supply the battery or service
❌ Refunds are NOT applicable if:
- The battery has already been installed
- The customer changes their mind after installation
- Problems are caused by vehicle faults unrelated to the hybrid battery
Refunds (when approved) are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
5. Return Process
If you believe your battery qualifies for a return or warranty claim:

- Share your order number and vehicle details
- Provide photos/videos of the issue (if possible)
- Our technician will inspect and verify the issue
- If the claim is approved, replacement or repair will be arranged
6. Diagnostic & Labour Charges
Diagnostic fees, labour charges, and on-site visit fees are non-refundable, even if:
- The customer decides not to proceed, or
- The issue is not related to the hybrid battery
